Countdown to DIDACTA ITALIA – Trentino Edition Riva del Garda, from 22nd to 24th October 2025

Registration is already open for the training events of DIDACTA ITALIA – Trentino Edition – a spin-off of the national edition, which will take place inside the venues of the Riva del Garda Exhibition Centre from 22nd to 24th October 2025.

There are 343 events in total, including 154 training events from the scientific program (99 workshops and 55 seminars), and 189 events promoted and organised by institutions and companies, aimed at all school levels – from 0-6 to higher technical institutes (ITS).

170 exhibitors distributed across 4 pavilions within a total area of 25,000 square metres will present their latest innovations in the various strategic sectors of an increasingly rapidly evolving and renewing school system, including robotics, AI, the metaverse, augmented reality, environmental and green education, and language training.

For the first time, the scientific program of this twelfth edition specifically involves all the regions of northern Italy. Developed in a scientific partnership with INDIRE and IPRASE, it is coordinated by Professor Giovanni Biondi, and will once again be packed with new proposals for which school managers, teachers, and all school staff are invited to participate. Alongside content of general interest, particular attention will be paid to specific local issues, such as multilingualism and small schools, which affect not only towns throughout the Alpine region but also inland Italy, from peripheral rural areas to small towns on islands experiencing depopulation – a phenomenon that underpins the weakening of the social, economic, and cultural fabric of these regions. This will be discussed at the International Conference on Small Schools, organised by INDIRE in co-operation with international organisations and research institutes, scheduled to take place in the Main Hall (Event Room E5 – Pavilion B1) on Friday, 24th October, at 10:00  (International Conference on Small Schools), which will see the participation of authoritative experts from all over the world (France, England, Spain, Canada).

To register and participate in training events, please consult the scientific program on the Didacta Italia website: https://fieradidacta.indire.it/it/programma-didacta-italia-edizione-trentino-2025/, and select the activities you are interested in. Complete the process by purchasing tickets directly on the portal, also using your Teacher Card.
