Didacta Italia Fair is the most important event on school innovation.

In Germany, Didacta Fair has been aiming at promoting a debate on the world of education between institutions, associations, and entrepreneurs for 50 years, creating a meeting point between schools and companies in this sector.

The Fair boasts a very innovative format. On one side, it hosts the main companies from all categories in the school sector – publishing, construction, technology, furnishings, stationery, all the school-oriented services, museum education, tourist destinations, training, music education, and paths to acquire transversal skills and guidance; on the other, it provides teachers and school managers with high-level training events.

Every year, for three days, this event is furtherly consolidated in Florence, at the Fortezza da Basso, turning the Capital of Tuscany into the European Capital of future school.

WHO IS IT FOR?

The Fair is aimed at all levels of education and training – nursery schools, kindergarten, primary schools, first and second grade secondary schools, professional institutes, higher technical institutes, universities, scientific research, and professional training institutes, in addition to companies and professionals.

THE FORMAT

Fiera Didacta develops on two levels:

• An exhibiting area involving the long chain of companies working in the world of school and training
• Event-oriented activities – conferences, workshops, and seminars on technology, science, humanities, along with a learning space.
