Florence/Trento, 10th January 2024. After exchanging views and ideas since May 2024, yesterday, in Trento, in the presence of Francesca Gerosa, Vice-President of the Autonomous Province of Trento, Reainhad Koslitz from Didacta International/Germany, and Paola Concia from Didacta Italia, it was officially announced that the regional spin-off of Didacta Italia will be held in Trentino from 22nd to 24th October 2025. As with all editions, the event will be aimed at managers, teachers, and school staff of all levels of education and training – primary schools, first and second grade secondary schools, professional institutes, higher technical institutes, scientific research and professional training institutes, along with all the economic realities and professionals of the school sector.
“Hosting Didacta Italia in Trentino is an extraordinary opportunity for our territory and for the school world. This opportunity fits into the path we have taken to make school the focus of public policy and the whole community’s interest again, and to bring the school world and the realities of our territory as close as possible. IPRASE will surely be a part of the Organising Committee, and in agreement with the Education Office and the Education and Culture Department, it will contribute to draw up a proposal in line with the needs of modern teaching. Such proposal should be oriented towards the development of expertise, and should always consider the needs of the peripheral and mountain areas, concerning both the training sessions offered by the 3-day event, and the qualitative and technical value of the exhibition”, commented Gerosa.
“The arrival of Didacta Italia in Trentino after three successful editions in South Italy – stated Lorenzo Becattini, President of Firenze Fiera – confirms the validity of the format of the most important fair on school training and innovation in Italy, as well as the role of Firenze Fiera as a successful event organizer, offering high socio-economic and cultural contents. Once again, organising this new edition together with the Autonomous Province of Trento, and all the institutional and sector partners involved, is a source of pride and satisfaction for us. It is an opportunity we offer to all teachers – from Trentino to the neighbouring regions – to train, as well as to our partner companies to do business promoting their own activities and products”.
“After the regional editions of Didacta Italia in Sicily and Puglia, we are especially proud of organising an edition in Trentino in October, becoming a reference for North Italy. We would like to continue this successful journey that is important both for teachers and exhibitors. We were pleased to notice how visitors of this sector were interested in following the training events, that is why we will strive to offer an extremely high-quality scientific programme to each educational segment”, said Reinhard Koslitz of Didacta International.
