You can attend Didacta Italia Trentino Edition either by registering for the events or by simply visiting the exhibition area of the fair.

The entrance fee is the same whether you choose to attend the events or just visit the exhibition area.
The ticket purchase is independent of event registration, which can also be done at a later time.
GROUP TICKETS FOR TEACHERS
(Group consisting of minimum 10 people)
- 1-Day Ticket 12.00€/each
- 2-Day Ticket 20.00€/each
- 3-Day Ticket 25.00€/each
With this ticket you can access:
- The exhibiting area
- Training activities from the Scientific Programme (number of events based on the selected package);
- Unlimited access to the Exhibitors’ Program events
How to purchase
Tickets shall be purchased by the group leader designated by the Institute. Before making the payment, the group leader must indicate: First Name, Last Name, and E-mail Address of all the ticket recipients. Once the payment transaction has been successfully completed, the group leader will receive an e-mail summarising the purchase, while every recipient will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to proceed with the booking of the events they are interested in. This type of payment can only be made with a credit card.

How to purchase your ticket?
Tickets can be purchased online or at the ticket offices on-site at the fair.

Please, follow these simple steps:

Choose among 1-day tickets, pass for more days, or packages for groups. Tickets are valid for entry with or without participating in events.
Log in or fill out the registration form
Enter your personal details and proceed to payment.

You can pay with credit card.

IMPORTANT: The purchase of the ticket is not bound by the booking of events, which can also be done later. Tickets do not offer a fast track to book the events based on the purchase date. Therefore, if you buy the ticket in advance, and events are already sold out when you decide to book them, Didacta will not be able to intervene in this respect.

This check-out allow you to book events, provided there are still places available.

Yes, you can. At the entrance of the Fair, you will find ticket offices and self-checkouts where you can buy your ticket.

You can request an invoice on the same day of your ticket purchase, by sending a request to: didacta@firenzefiera.it
You cannot request to cancel, nor to get a refund for the ticket, as it is a nonrefundable SIAE (Italian Authors and Publishers’ Society) pass.
No, you cannot. The admission ticket is not transferable, as it is personal and nominal.
Yes, you can book the events – according to availability – at self-checkouts, as well as on your mobile device, up to the same day when these activities take place.
If you purchase the ticket at the general cash desk, you will not be able to book events from the programme.
You can request to cancel the booking of events by sending an e-mail to didacta@firenzefiera.it. Once you have received confirmation of the cancellation, you will be able to replace the cancelled event with another one in full autonomy, provided it takes place on the same day.
REQUESTS TO CANCEL THE BOOKING/S OF EVENTS FROM THE PROGRAMME MUST BE RECEIVED BY AND NO LATER THAN MONDAY, 2ND MARCH 2026 AT 13:00. Beyond that date, you will no longer be able to make any changes.
- Certificate of attendance for all those who visit the Fair. This certificate will be delivered by e-mail to the address you entered upon registration by the end of the day when the visit takes place.
- Training certificate for all those who participate in training activities provided by the Scientific Programme, such as workshops and seminars. This certificate will be delivered by e-mail to the address you entered upon registration within thirty days from the end of the event. The certificate will be issued only if you have attended at least 75% of the in-room activities.
Didacta Italia releases certifications of attendance and training for events that are included in the Scientific Programme.
If you attended a training event included in the Exhibitors’ Programme that provides for the issuing of a training attendance certificate, the company organising this event will send it to you.
No, you cannot. Once you have concluded the purchase procedure, you will not be able to make any change. A single ticket cannot be turned into a 2 or 3-day pass, and a 2 or 3-day pass cannot be turned into a single ticket.
To participate in workshops, you need to have a PC.
