Venue of the event, the Fortezza da Basso is located at the heart of Florence, just a few steps away from the Duomo, and from the Santa Maria Novella central railway station. Florence is a walking-distance city, where all the main attractions can be reached on foot from the Fortezza da Basso.
You can get to the Fair by tramway and by other types of public transport that connect the city centre to the suburbs, or you can rent a bike or a scooter and benefit from the bike sharing service.
If you arrive from the motorway, you can optimise travel times and reduce urban pollution by catching the tramway and leaving your car at the “Drive and Tramway” parking area located at the exit ‘Villa Costanza’ – if you arrive from A1 Motorway – or at the parking area in Viale Guidoni, if you come from the A11 Motorway.
Opposite the Fortezza da Basso, you will find the T1 and T2 stops of the tramway, through which you can easily reach various areas in the city.
