You can access the Fair by purchasing the admission ticket.
1-Day TICKET €16
The daily ticket allows you to visit the Fair and book a maximum of 2 training activities from the Scientific Programme (you can choose between 2 seminars, 2 workshops, or 1 seminar and 1 workshop) + Unlimited events offered by Organisations/Companies.
2-Day TICKET €25
The 2-Day Ticket allows you to visit the Fair and book a maximum of 4 training activities from the Scientific Programme (you can choose between 2 seminars, 2 workshops, or 1 seminar and 1 workshop a day) + Unlimited events offered by Organisations/Companies.
3-Day TICKET €30
The 3-Day Ticket allows you to visit the Fair and book a maximum of 6 training activities from the Scientific Programme (you can choose between 2 seminars, 2 workshops, or 1 seminar and 1 workshop a day) + Unlimited events offered by Organisations/Companies.
The entrance fee is the same with or without events.
To participate in the events, you have to register and book the events, and then finalise the purchase of the ticket.
Yes, you can purchase your ticket at the ticket office, available at the entrance of the Fair.
By purchasing the ticket at the ticket office, you will not be able to book the events featured in the programme. You can do so at the self- checkouts, as well as from your mobile device, until the same day when the activities take place, provided there are still places available.
If they are available, you can subscribe to events by booking them directly online until the last day of the Fair, or by buying the ticket directly at the self- checkouts when arriving at the Fair.

Payment Methods
Credit card, Teacher’s Card
To make the payment using the Teacher’s Card, you must select the product category “Exhibitions & Cultural Events” in order to generate the voucher. Otherwise, the purchase will not be successful.
Yes, you can. Events can be cancelled or replaced with events taking place on the same day. It is not possible to change the ticket date.
You may request the cancellation of an event booked by sending an e-mail to the following address: didacta@firenzefiera.it. Once you have received a confirmation of the cancellation, you can replace the cancelled event with another one in complete autonomy, provided the latter always takes place on the same day.
REQUESTS TO CANCEL ANY EVENT BOOKED SHALL BE SENT BY – AND NO LATER THAN – WEDNESDAY 13TH MARCH 2024 AT 13:00. After this date and time, it will not be possible to make any change.
You may not request to cancel the admission ticket, as it is a non-refundable SIAE pass.
Certificates
DIDACTA ITALIA will release two types of certificates:
- Certificate of Attendance: for all those who visit the Fair. This certificate will be delivered by e-mail by the end of the day when the visit takes place.
Training Certificate: for all those who participate in training activities from the Scientific Programme – workshops and seminars – (provided they remain in the room for 75% of the total duration of the event), and in the certified events offered by Organisations and Companies. This certificate will be delivered by e-mail within 30 days from the end of the event.
A certificate of attendance will also be issued for all those who visit the Fair. It will be sent by e-mail by the end of the same day when the visit takes place.
