Can I buy the ticket upon arrival at the Fair?

Yes, you can. At the entrance of the Fair, you will find ticket offices and self-checkouts where you can buy your ticket.

How do I pay online?

How do I activate payment through my Teacher’s Card?

To pay with your Teacher’s Card, you must generate a voucher for the category “Exhibitions and cultural events”.

Can I issue an invoice after purchasing the ticket?

You can request an invoice on the same day of your ticket purchase, by sending a request to: didacta@firenzefiera.it

Can I cancel or get a refund for a ticket that I have already purchased?

You cannot request to cancel, nor to get a refund for the ticket, as it is a nonrefundable SIAE (Italian Authors and Publishers’ Society) pass.

I am no longer able to attend – can I transfer my admission ticket to another person?

No, you cannot. The admission ticket is not transferable, as it is personal and nominal.

Can I register for seminars and workshops upon arrival at the Fair?

Yes, you can book the events – according to availability – at self-checkouts, as well as on your mobile device, up to the same day when these activities take place.
If you purchase the ticket at the general cash desk, you will not be able to book events from the programme.

How do I obtain training certificates?

DIDACTA ITALIA will release two types of certificates:

  • Certificate of attendance for all those who visit the Fair. This certificate will be delivered by e-mail to the address you entered upon registration by the end of the day when the visit takes place.
  • Training certificate for all those who participate in training activities provided by the Scientific Programme, such as workshops and seminars. This certificate will be delivered by e-mail to the address you entered upon registration within thirty days from the end of the event.
I attended a training event from the Exhibitors’ Programme – how do I get my certificate?

Didacta Italia releases certifications of attendance and training for events that are included in the Scientific Programme.
If you attended a training event included in the Exhibitors’ Programme that provides for the issuing of a training attendance certificate, the company organising this event will send it to you.

Can I change the ticket and turn it into a pass or a single ticket?

No, you cannot. Once you have concluded the purchase procedure, you will not be able to make any change. A single ticket cannot be turned into a 2 or 3-day pass, and a 2 or 3-day pass cannot be turned into a single ticket.
